Agency Services: real estate brokerage activities through athrough a specialised network of 150 agencies owned by the Group and approximately 2,000 franchises resulting from the merger with the UBH Group, dedicated to retail customers, small businesses and the corporate world.
Financial Services: financial services to the retail target for the purchase of property and for consumer credit, and property leasing and corporate finance services to the corporate target. G.finance proposes a complete range of advanced products in a "multi-brand" context.
Asset Management: planning, coordination and control activities for the management of complex property portfolios, including activities related to real estate investment (existing portfolios) and property trading.
Valuation and Advisory: consulting activities aimed primarily at investors and property funds.
Real Estate Investment: partnerships in real estate investments initiatives, both trading and development, with participation in special purpose vehicles.
Technical Services: activities coordinated by a widespread national network that provides due diligence, property management, consulting and advisory and b-to-b ICT services.
Market research and analysis: research services in the real estate market, with advanced geomarketing tools to study demand, supply, comparables and take-up in geographical locations of interest for investors.
