Gabetti Property Solutions is the parent company of the Gabetti Group, which includes the companies Gabetti Agency, Gabetti Finance, Abaco Servizi, Gabetti Cube, Patrigest, Gabetti NPL and La Gaiana.It contains all the lines of business of its subsidiaries, along with the strategic activities to accomplish the mission of Full Service Provider for real estate.

Gabetti Agency: Gabetti Property Solutions Agency S.p.A. is Gabetti Group's company operating in real estate intermediation. In the retail market it provides services of buying or renting residential and commercial real estates. Gabetti Property Solutions Agency operates through its own specialized network of more than 850 direct and franchising agencies. In the field of corporate market it offers intermediation, consultancy and market research services, dedicated to corporate clients, boasting great knowledge of the italian market thanks to its network of 14 agencies, nationwide. In the field of luxury real estate market - under SANTANDREA brand - Gabetti Property Solutions Agency operates through a specialized network of 10 agencies, all over Italy. Furthermore, it is the first real estate network which implemented in its own agencies an interactive windows service ("Open Point"), able to offer through a touch-screen system updated information on Italian real estate supplies.
Gabetti Finance: Gabetti Finance is Gabetti Group's company, operating in the credit industry both in retail market (mortgage, personal loan and households insurance products) and corporate market (a professional advisory service and a range of dedicated products, such as leasing, mortgage loans). Gabetti Finance works, with a multi-brand approach, through its own network of brokers and financial shops.
Abaco Servizi: encompasses a network of companies that are highly specialised in the Asset, Property and Facility Management sectors, as well as in real estate management and specialised technical services and in the management of acquisition and sales processes.
In 2006 Abaco Servizi became part of the Gabetti Group creating an innovative and decisive synergy of value: enhanced range of services to the retail sector, increased operating presence throughout Italy, and expanded market visibility. The company is notable for its ability to offer personalized and certified solutions using the very latest know-how available.
Gabetti Cube: founded in October 2006, it is Gabetti Group's company whose mission is to develop and conceive innovative strategies for the real estate sector. Its research activity, based on creativity and lateral thinking, catches trends and originates business opportunities in new sectors. Among its main initiatives, there is the creation of the virtual headquarters of the Company on Second Life.
Patrigest: is Gabetti Group's company specialized in offering specific consultancy services to all those who need to know in depth their real estate assets and to monitor it constantly. Patrigest services are dedicated to Public and Private Institutional Investors, Merchant Banks, Reits, Pension Funds, local governments and Industrial Groups, Insurance and Banking Groups.
La Gaiana: founded in 1946, is one of the first Italian real estate companies to list on the stock (1965). Since its foundation, La Gaiana has worked in managing its own real estate assets, mainly based in Genova. In 1998 it acquired 66% of CIFIN S.p.A., a company which has been working for 20 years in real estate trading as well as in acquisition, development and valorisation of Italian large/small real estate portfolios.
In 2007 "La Gaiana" Group has been incorporated in Gabetti Property Solutions, becoming part of the first Italian real estate Full Service Provider.
After the merging, the historical brand "La Gaiana" is still operating, under Gabetti Property Solutions control, in the field of real estate management, valorisation, trading, and development .
Gabetti NPL: founded in April 2007, is Gabetti Group's company specialized in property management and credit recovery for third parties judicially or extra-judicially (even within cartolarization operations).
