Ravenna, 3 March – Gabetti’s new office in the Veneto region was inaugurated on Thursday March 3rd in Ravenna, resulting from the collaboration between the Gabetti Group and Fabrizio Savorani, already owner of a Gabetti Franchising agency in the city. The investment is part of the Group’s growth plan, which has always focused on a greater local presence, through the development of existing offices or new openings, which represent a place of aggregation and training for all of the Group’s companies and affiliates.

Attending the inauguration at 5:30 pm at the offices of Piazza del Duomo 3 were Roberto Busso, CEO of the Gabetti Group, General Manager, Alessandro Lombardo, Chief Commercial Officer, Claudio Sugamosto, Managing Director of Gabetti Franchising, Ferdinando Elefante, Sales Manager of the Group’s Regional Offices, and Fabrizio Savorani, Deputy Relationship Manager of the new office.

The Ravenna office will be responsible for all brokerage activities in the residential (luxury, construction sites and fractioning), office, retail, capital markets, and portfolio management segments, as well as valuation and advisory activities, including feasibility studies, property & facility activities, condominium management and technical services (insurance appraisals, energy certifications and audits, etc.).

Ravenna is the latest addition to the development plan for the provincial offices, already operational in Piacenza, Cremona, Como, Lecco, Trieste and Cuneo, with upcoming openings in Livorno and Palermo.

During the first nine months of 2021, some 2,145 residential transactions were recorded in the city of Ravenna, up 42% compared to the same period in 2020. The same positive numbers were observed in the office sector (48 transactions, +15%) and retail sector (74 transactions, +42%). The productive sector also performed well, comprising mainly warehouses and industries, with 23 transactions, compared to 11 in the same period of 2020.
